Exchange or Return of Goods
At MSA Solutions, we value your satisfaction. If your product meets the quality standards but you wish to return it, you have the right to cancel your purchase made online within 14 days of receiving the product.
To ensure eligibility for a return, please keep the product in its original condition and packaging as much as possible.
If the item has been unpacked or tested to verify its functionality, this will not automatically void your right to request a refund.
In cases where the product has been damaged or destroyed through no fault of the customer, you still retain the right to terminate the contract and request a refund.
We aim to make the return process simple, transparent, and fair for all our customers.
Return Conditions
Please note that a product cannot be accepted for return if any of the following components are missing:
The complete set of accessories or equipment
The original purchase receipt issued by MSA Solutions
The warranty card (if applicable)
A service department report describing any identified defect (if applicable)
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and within the timeframes defined by current regulations.
